2. Digital Products: Our digital products, including software downloads and virtual items, are non-tangible, irrevocable goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these products, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered.
3. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as proven non-delivery of the product, major defects that prevent proper usage, or as required by applicable laws.
